Bucky By no means am I just discovering the prowess of this, now iconic, album, I'm merely finally adding it to my vinyl collection after many mistaken years of neglect. From the chugging bluesy fuzz to the mystical and alluring album cover, Buffalo goes down as a quintessential album in the heavy underground.
The Midnight Toker.

The Midnight Toker. It's a bit like Clutch tuned a bit down and Tom Waits type on vocals. This has a swagger to it, love the tempo of the tracks. A few really dazzling jams especially Spacefaze. If you love gravely vocals and grunge type stoner rock this is for you. Favorite track: Spacefaze.
Nerve Salad

Nerve Salad It's nasty, catchy, stoner-y, groove-laden, heaviness. Like old/later Clutch at the same time, but has its own huge thing going for it. You will turn this up, and you will have your face rocked off. Their live shows are killer, as well. Get your shit together and buy this and anything else the band has. You owe it to yourself to get a good clock-cleaning.

Colin M. Aggressive, bluesy, catchy, heavy... 'nuff said. Will have you rocking out in no time. Favorite track: Spacefaze.

Paul Schwarz Wow. Only listening all over again (and now with my speakers the worse for wear from cranking...) do I realise how Buffalo's slower pace (compared to live shows like 2013's LaR) also comes with CRUSHING tone. A tour alongside the Drive-By Truckers would be nice right now... Favorite track: Henry.

Walter Ort This sound goes deep down. Dig it deeper! (and louder)...

I believe I've dreamt of this before When I woke up face first on the floor It's not the drugs I stick in Would make god commit his final sin Wake me up I heard it scream through the holy book Begging me to take one last look Gettin down through revelations Set fire to the entire congregation Wake me up It's not a question of faith It's just the feelings of hate Got six in my sidearm holster Raise your glass for one last toast sir

Fear is the fever That breaks all the chains And no is the answer That causes it to rain Won't you take out my hammer And slide it down in your skirt Since your death will come too early I wanna know How much should I make it hurt Won't you ring that southern belle And lock up all your doors I'll be waiting in your bedroom With a loaded 44 My patience is a digging You a hole in the Mississippi dirt Since your death will come from my hand I wanna know How much should I make it hurt My patience is a digging you a hole Down in the Mississippi dirt Since your death will come from my hand I wanna know How much should I make it hurt
